Long Ashton’s village club to get solar panels

The Royal British Legion in Long Ashton, near Bristol, was recently awarded a grant from the government’s Low Carbon Buildings Programme (LCBP) to install 28 solar panels (5 kWp) on the village club, a community centre for the village, providing a venue for schools, businesses and community groups. In the run up to COP15 in December last year, TCW supported 350.org’s global campaign to empower the negotiators to strike a fair and ambitious deal at the Climate talks in Copengagen.
